Iiris’s career path extends all the way to England, where she studied Hotel and Tourism Management at the University of Wolverhampton and began her career at American Express, working as a customer service agent, specialist, and team leader.
In Finland, Iiris has completed a vocational qualification in business and several short courses, including coaching leadership, and has gained experience as a customer service team leader at Visma Amili as well as Service Manager for international customer accounts at Lingsoft Language Services.
“The role at Auraprint felt like the right fit from the start. When I learned more about the company’s history and products, my interest only grew, and I’m really happy I decided to apply. Here, the focus is on what really matters, and the professionalism is at a high level,” Iiris says about her first weeks.
In her new role, she is familiarizing herself with different customer service tasks and accounts. In the long run, the goal is to further develop operations together with the team.
Outside of work, Iiris enjoys hands-on crafts and music. In addition to playing the cello and ukulele, she takes part in community college courses every year to try new hobbies — last year weaving, this year Tiffany glasswork. She also enjoys browsing flea markets and hiking. At home in Nousiainen, everyday life is shared with her husband Juhana and their Burmese cats, Kikka and Ruut.
