We are living through very exceptional times as the coronavirus and COVID-19, the illness caused by the virus, continue to spread. We at Auraprint are doing everything in our power to keep our service level as high as possible. We are also bearing our responsibility as part of the vital delivery chain of food and hygiene products.
The measures we are taking to protect our employees and customers
The health of our employees and customers is our first priority in this situation. On the general level, we are adhering to instructions issued the Finnish Institute of Health and Welfare (THL) and we are actively monitoring any possible changes to these instructions. Furthermore, we have also enhanced hygiene among our employees. We have also taken the following measures:
– All of our employees for whom it is possible are working remotely.
– We will not be making customer visits or accepting visitors until further notice.
– We are constantly monitoring the preventive hygiene measures taken by our partners.
– We are actively cooperating with our suppliers to secure a service level that is as good as possible in this exceptional situation.
Possible short-term impacts
At the moment we are not expecting any disruptions to raw material availability, but the delivery times of print materials will be extended by a couple of days as a result of ramped-up border procedures and reduced sea transportation capacity. Over the course of the spring our delivery times will be temporarily lengthened.

We are living in a situation where nobody knows for how long the coronavirus restrictions will remain in place and how they might affect our ability to serve our customers. As a reliable partner we are carrying our responsibility and we will let you know of any possible changes to the situation without delay.
