Instructions on material

Materials via e-mail (if possible, no files over 10 Mt):

 

Print a PostScript file of your layout application, including the fonts you have used.

If necessary, remember the transitions of pictures and color fields, and check that the pictures are in CMYK format.

 

ZIP-disc, CD

 

PDF is an excellent file format in sending material to our production. The material should be in its final size with the necessary trimming allowance (min. 1mm).

Software: We aim at keeping our software as up-to-date as possible. We have the following software at our disposal: ArtPro, Adobe CS3 -software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat), FreeHand MX 11.0.

Pictures: The pictures in the material should be high-resolution (resolution 300 – 400 dpi) CMYK pictures saved in TIFF, EPS or JPG format. If you wish to have special color pictures, please contact us before sending us the material.

Fonts: We are using Adobe's Font Folio 9, Font Folio OpenType, and Corel's font library.

In case other fonts are used, the texts should be converted into paths. It should be noted that after the text has been converted into a path, we can no longer make any alterations in the text.
